Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Contract Non-Renewal/Termination with Smart Communications Holding, Inc effective May 1, 2022.
Background
The purpose of this termination is to allow time to place a new RFP for these services for the Jail while not getting locked in with the current contract that has an auto-renewal clause for another year.
