Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the  Cool Water Phase 2 subdivision – Precinct 3.

This is the next section of the Cool Water development.  It consists of 167 single family lots, 2 open space/drainage lots, 4 landscape lots and 5,932 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a financial security in the amount of $254,066.85 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2021-07-12 – initial submittal of the final plat
2021-08-10 – 1st review complete with comments clear except for completing construction
2021-11-15 – receipt of a financial security for the remaining construction
2021-11-16 – 2nd submittal of final plat with signatures
2021-11-18 – final plat placed on the November 23, 2021 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
