Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement between Williamson County and Knight Security for the installation of (8) eight security cameras at the Williamson County Sheriff's Shooting Range for a cost of $51,004.32, with an annual recurring cost of $5,878.92, for the total of $56,883.24 for the first year, in accordance with the DIR CPO 4494 Contract, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The approval of this item will benefit the Williamson Sheriff's Office Shooting Range with additions to the video surveillance system of eight (8) cameras.  The initial purchase includes the installation of hardware, system licenses, programming and configuration unless otherwise stated, and the removal of one (1) exterior mounted camera on the main building and the first year secure plan maintenance. The attached proposal has more detailed information regarding the materials and installation of these cameras.  IT, Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this proposal for FY22.  The line item expenditure being charged is CARES Task 5.15.  The Department point of contact will be Richard Semple.
