Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a lease with Sharp Electronics Corps for three (3) copiers for Williamson County Road and Bridge, one (1) MX-3051 in the amount of $201.94, one (1) MX-4071 in the amount of $426.86, one (1) MX-2651 in the amount of $149.81 each for a total amount of $778.61 per month pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4433 lease.
Background
Approval of these leases will support the operations of Williamson County Road and Bridge. New lease term is for 48 months effective 02/01/22 which includes 1,000/1,500/2,000 copies/prints per month overages @ $0.0089 each and all color copies @$0.054. The expenditure will be charged to 01.0200.0210.004621. Department point of contract is Daribel Texidor.
