Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and McCoy Rockford Commercial Interiors for office furniture, in the amount of $71,712.14, pursuant to TX-MAS contract #19-7106 valid through 7/16/2022, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

The approval of this agreement will support numerous offices within the Williamson County Sheriff's Department.  The attached quote defines the types of furniture components to be purchased and the quantities of each, totaling $71,712.14 and includes labor to receive, inspect, deliver and installation of product.  Legal, Audit and Budget have reviewed this agreement.  The expenditure line items being charged for this purchase are 01.0410.0413.003005 and 01.0410.0411.003005.  The department points of contact are Tisch Johnson and Peggy Braun.
