(a) (2) [An item necessary to preserve and protect the public health or safety of the residents of the county].
Background
The Cleaning Guys, LLC was hired to clean up an illegal dump site where synthetic oil and trash had been dumped into a creek. Per the attached invoice the technician went out and collected the debris and cleaned up the oil and properly disposed of it. Point of contact Hank Jones. Funding source 01.0100.0409.004999.
