Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding a Construction Services Contract to Montes Construction and authorizing the execution of the agreement.  Funding Source: Road Bond P463.

In September 2020, Williamson County executed a real estate contract with The Bridge Community Church for right of way needed on the Southeast Loop project and additional remainder property (Parcel 22/22R).  As a condition of this contract, the County agreed that prior to the decommission or removal of the existing On-Site Sewage Facility (“OSSF”) which serves the existing church building improvements on the Property, it would cause construction of a replacement OSSF on the Southern Remainder Parcel.  Award of this contract will allow for this construction to occur.

Quotes were received from three (3) vendors for the OSSF construction.  The quotes have been reviewed and Montes Construction was found to be responsive.  We recommend the award of the Onsite Sewage Facility to Montes Construction in the amount of $38,850.  Department Point of Contact will be Oscar Salazar-Bueno.
