Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Blessing Ranch subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the final plat for the Blessing Ranch subdivision.  It consists of 25 lots and 1,476 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction has been completed.

2021-12-04 – 4th review complete with comments

2022-01-03 – construction completed
2022-01-10 – 6th submittal of final plat with signatures
2022-01-12 – 6th review complete with comments cleared
2022-01-13 – final plat placed on the January 18, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
