Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for the Center Justice Campus (CJC) Judges’ Security Improvements to Johnston, LLC, in the amount of $195,116.00, and authorize execution of the agreement. Funding source is P476.
Background
The scope of work of this agreement includes the design and engineering services for security improvements at the CJC for Vehicle Security, Public Entrance, Secure Hallways and Judge Benches Security. The consultant is recommended for award on an as-needed basis through RFQ #21RFSQ2. Johnston, LLC is being recommended for this particular project for their specific experience with similar security projects in Harris County Courts and Jails. Trenton Jacobs is the point of contact.
