Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision (revision 2) – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the second revision to the preliminary plat of the Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision that was last approved on August 3, 2021. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the road alignments, lot layout and minor boundary changes. This revision consists of an increase of 2,048 linear feet of a new public roads, an increase of 27 single-family lots and an increase of 4 open space/landscape/utility lots. With this revision, the proposed Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 subdivision consists of 595 single family lots, 3 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lots, 11 open space/landscape/utility lots, 1 amenity lot and 29,395 linear feet of new public roads.
