Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the lease between Williamson County and SHARP Electronics Corp. for one (1) copy machine in the amount of $405.83 per month for a sixty (60) month lease, for the County Ag Extension Office, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4433, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this lease will support the operations of the Williamson County Ag Extension Office. The proposed lease through SHARP Electronics is for a term of 60 months effective March 1, 2022, and includes one (1) copy machine at a monthly rate of $405.83 (Including 5000 B/W copies per month with overages charged at $0.0084 ea, 5000 CLR copies per month with overages charged at $0.049 ea., delivery, installation, training, parts, labor, toner and staples). Funding is approved for FY22. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.00665.004621. Department contact is Katherine Whitney.
