Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and Lee County for the sale of one (1) 2004 John Deere 544H Rubber Tire Loader for the amount of $40,594.83, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 263.152(a)(1), and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Williamson County is willing to provide one (1) used 2004 John Deere 544H Rubber Tire Loader (#DW544HX589040) FMV that had been designated for Auction to Lee County at a fair rate not to exceed $40,594.83 (total). Sale condition of equipment is "AS IS" with no warranties of any kind. Fair Market Valuation (attached) was performed by Kevin Teller, Director of Fleet Services. This equipment had previously been approved by Commissioners Court for Auction.
