Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the CR 111 (Westinghouse Rd) from FM 1460 to SH 130 Project contract between Williamson County and Steger Bizzell relating to the 2019 Road Bond Program. Project: P292. Fund Source: Road Bonds.
Background
The Steger Bizzell Contract Amendment No. 2 amends the Exhibit D Rate Schedule according to the CPI Rate Adjustment language shown in the master contract as well as adding two new rate categories identified as needed for the duration of the contract. No other changes are proposed at this time.
