The REL Contract Amendment No. 1 amends the Exhibit D Rate Schedule according to the CPI Rate Adjustment language shown in the master contract as well as adding new rate categories identified as needed for the duration of the contract. It also increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $300,000.00 to $500,000.00 to account for additional projects going to construction and requiring these services including attached Work Authorization #6 for CR 111 (Westinghouse Rd) and CR 110 North.
