Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Amendment #1 to the First Amended and Restated Agreement for Planning, Design and Engineering Services with Halff Associates for the Berry Springs Park Improvements (P559).
Background
On December 8, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved the First Amended and Restated Agreement for Planning, Design and Engineering Services. This Amendment #1 is to clarify scope, include geotechnical subconsultant rates and to extend the termination date to February 8, 2024. There are no additional funding requirements. Facilities point of contact is Senior Project Manager, Tom Stanfield.
