Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the contract between Mission Critical Partners, LLC and Williamson County for development of requirements, expert assistance, and consulting services for computer-aided dispatch system (CAD), mobile data system (MDS) and law enforcement records management system (RMS), in the not-to-exceed amount of $166,800.40, per the proposal pursuant to HGAC Contract #HPO8-21, and authorize the purchase and the execution of the contract.

Background

The Williamson County IT Department has identified the need to utilize the services of a consulting firm to assist in the specification and possible future procurement of a computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile data system (MDS) and law enforcement records management system (RMS).  Services will be provided for a not-to-exceed amount of $166,800.40. Optional phases have not been included.  Mission Critical Partners proposes to deliver services on a per-hour basis based on Houston Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Purchase Contract #HP08-21.  Legal and the Auditors have reviewed. Funds are budgeted in FY 22, funding source 01.0100.0503.004100.  Department contact is Richard Semple.
