Background
Recommendations from cycle 4B were approved on February 15, 2022. Corresponding line item transfers on February 22, 2022 agenda with effective date of March 4, 2022 (first pay date of March 25, 2022 for any fiscal impacts). Attached are the details that we will process in Oracle for those approved changes.
