Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services is requesting a line item transfer from Residential Services to Vehicles in the amount of $8,981.00. Juvenile Services did budget $17,019 for the vehicle, but with recent supply chain and car availability issues, the funding needed to complete the purchase has increased.
Juvenile Services is also requesting a line item transfer from Residential Services to Facilities Repairs in the amount of $1,000.00. These funds will be used for the renewal of a maintenance agreement for our fingerprint scanner. This increase in fees for repairs was not anticipated in our budget request for this fiscal year.
