Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to approve Order Authorizing Interment of Decedent's Remains by cremation of deceased (Larry Daniels) who passed away in Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4 of Williamson County, Texas where there has been an inquest by the Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1 and the County has duty to inter, pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 711.002(e), and authorize Beck Funeral Home to move forward with interment.
