Discuss, consider and take appropriate action ratifying and approving an Amendment No. 1 to the Authorized Use Agreement between Williamson County and North Center Productions, Inc. for the use of Williamson County properties for filming and production of the HBO Max limited series titled Love & Death, and to authorize paid overtime to facilities personnel for after-work hours with such overtime to be reimbursed by North Center Productions, Inc.
Background
This amendment was necessary to add an additional day of filming at the Historic Williamson County Courthouse and to make a modification of the license fee for such additional use.
