Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval and signature authorization of an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between Williamson County and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regarding the proposed amendments to the Regional Habitat Conservation Plan.

The Court has previously approved the submission of grant proposal F21AS00171 Amending Williamson County Regional Habitat Conservation Plan to Cover Six Additional Species (03/09/2021).  The grant was awarded and an amended pass-through budget, signed by the contract point-of contact, was submitted to Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) who then completed drafting the grant contract. The reimbursable amount of this grant is $712,146.00 and the match amount is $287,854.00. All funds for the match will come from the Williamson County Conservation Foundation (WCCF) corpus. The application for this grant and funding amount has been approved by the WCCF Board. After execution of the contract, attachments, and assurances, it will then be delivered to TPWD for execution and work will commence.
