Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Williamson County and Austin Montgomery d/b/a The Roof Co. to provide construction services at the Williamson County Constable Pct. 2 Office, in the not-to-exceed amount of $19,435.00, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This service will provide the materials and labor to perform demo, patch flooring as needed, patch/repair drywall and wrap glass, replace ceiling tiles and transaction window at the Williamson County Pct 2., located at 350 Discovery Blvd, Cedar Park, TX 78613. Competitive quotes were obtained for this project. Funding source 01.0100.1032.004509. Department point of contact will be Dwayne Gossett.
