Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the services of interior and exterior painting at the Williamson County Berry Springs Park House between NMCB, Inc. d/b/a CertaPro Painters of Northern Central Texas and Williamson County for the not-to-exceed amount $4,094.28 for the interior, and $1,791.75 for the exterior, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,886.03, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
This proposal includes painting the walls, door frames, window sills, baseboards and ceilings throughout the interior and painting the facia, soffit, siding, door frames, porch ceilings and the attic vent around the exterior of the building. Berry Springs Park House is located at 1801 CR 152 Georgetown, TX 78626. Funding source is 01.0100.3101.004510. Point of contact Mark Pettigrew.
