Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services Agreement for Inner Loop Complex Parking Lot Lighting Replacement and Upgrades with Randall Electric, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $4,300.00, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

Background

This project is to replace parking lot lights at the Inner Loop Complex at 301 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. The work includes disconnect and take down of 18 parking lot light heads and reinstall 18 owner-provided LED light heads on existing poles, and also the removal and replacement of 4 existing building wall packs with owner-provided LED light fixtures as listed in the attached proposal. Funding Source is 01.0100.1043.004510. The Department point of contact is Jeffrey Hancock.
