Background
EDGE Contract Amendment No. 1 modifies the Exhibit D - Rate Schedule to remove sub-consultant Water & Earth Technologies, Inc. (WET) rates from the contract as they will no longer be working or billing under this contract. No other changes are proposed through this amendment.
