Williamson County sent out over 4,600 notifications and had 23 document takers with one (1) firm submitting a response. The Construction Manager at Risk (also referred to herein as “CMAR”) services are for close-out items at River Ranch Community Park. The firm was evaluated and Chasco Constructors, Ltd, LLC is being recommended to move forward with negotiations towards the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP.)  The Commissioner's Court will have the opportunity to review and approve the GMP.  The Proposed Pricing Sheet Total of $570,485.00 is attached with a lump sum payment for Pre-Construction Services listed at $20,000.00.
