Approval of this item will benefit the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.  The original purchase of the ultrasound machine from BFLY Operations Inc. DBA Butterfly Network was approved by commissioner's court on 5/31/2022.  In error, the vendor forgot to include the case for the ultrasound machine on the original quote.  Due to the error, the vendor is providing the case to the animal shelter free of charge. Despite the $0 amount, the vendor has requested that the quote for the case be signed.  Per legal's request, this quote for the case needed to come before Commissioner's Court for approval and signature as it amends the original contract that was approved on 5/31/2022.  There is no cost to the county.  Department point of contact is Linda Gunter.
