Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding Integrated Pest Management Services to Pest Management, Inc. for comprehensive pest control in the amount of $65,454.00 for FY2023, under RFP #22RFP106.
Background
Williamson County sent out over 880 notifications with twelve (12) document takers and received four (4) responses. The evaluation committee met and evaluated the responses and Pest Management, Inc. was deemed as the highest rated vendor. The vendor Submittal and Request for Proposal will serve as the contract documents. This is an initial two-year contract beginning next Fiscal Year, October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2024, with the possibility of four (4) optional one-year renewals. Funding Sources: 01.0545.0545.003319 Animal Shelter, 01.0100.0509.003319 Facilities Management. Shantil Moore is the department point of contact.
