Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Sheriff's Office.
Background
Adults who are incarcerated have a higher-than-average prevalence of infectious diseases, hypertension, asthma, arthritis, mental illness, and substance abuse disorders, often in combination.This transfer is required to provided funding of approximately 90 days for inmate medications as prescribed by jail physicians.
