Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFQ #22RFSQ100 Psychiatric Services for Emergency Services to Tania Glenn and Associates, PA, with the maximum payout of $50,000.00 per year, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

The Purchasing Department sent out over ninety (90) notifications with fourteen (14) document takers and one (1) respondent submitting a statement of qualifications for providing traumatic event response training and counseling services for departments under Emergency Services. The evaluation committee determined that Tania Glenn and Associates, PA provided highly rated qualifications and recommends award. The agreement included the scope of services and fee schedule. The initial two (2) year agreement will commence October 01, 2022, through September 30, 2024. The maximum amount payable under this agreement without modification, during any county fiscal year and during any renewal term shall be $50,000.00.
