Background
On June 14, 2022, with agenda item #26, the Williamson County Commissioner's Court approved the award of IFB #22IFB108 Chandler Creek Subdivision Roadway and Drainage Improvements to provide materials, experienced roadway reconstruction crews and equipment to reconstruct the roadways in Chandler Creek Subdivision to Chasco Contractors. This agenda item is for the approval of the Ensuing Agreement for construction services with the awarded vendor for this project. The funding source is P488 and the department point of contact is Terron Evertson.
