Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Service Contract between George Stefek and Williamson County for Wrangler Services, pursuant to Texas Agriculture Code 142.001, and authorizing the execution of the Service Contract.
Background
The approval of this service contract will benefit Williamson County with health and safety measures by the wrangling of estray livestock that cause a danger to public roads and property, for impoundment and disposition. Fee schedules for as-needed compensation are included in the attached agreements. Legal, Budget and Contract Audit have reviewed this contract. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.560.4968.
