Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Amendment for the Microsoft Enterprise Services Work Order (attached) previously approved in Commissioner's Court on 9/14/2021, for a total amount of $23,935.00 pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4911, and authorizing the execution of the Amendment.

The approval of this Amendment supports the service agreement and supports the Williamson County IT Department's effort to maintain all Microsoft platforms used throughout the County.  Microsoft Corporation offers Microsoft Master Services through the vendor contract with DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-3781 which has since expired and is now replaced with DIR-CPO-4911.  This services bundle provides system support through advisory, onsite and remote support, problem resolution, webcasts and other methods to assure Microsoft system functionality.  Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this Amendment.
