Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service contract for installation of suspended ceiling at the Facilities Management Department by Randy Austin d/b/a The Drywall Company in the not-to-exceed amount of $12,600.00 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.

Background

This project is to install a suspended ceiling at Facilities Management Department located at 3101 SE Inner Loop, Georgetown, TX 78626. The department obtained three (3) quotes from various vendors, and The Drywall Company was the lowest price. The proposal includes supplying and installing of Donn 2’ by 2’ white grid with lay in 2’ by 2’ USG Radar tile and installing of 2 wires per 2’ by 4’ light fixtures while grid wires are being installed. The Funding Source is 01.0100.1063.004509. The point of contact is Dwayne Gossett.
