Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on accepting a report from Chasco Constructors, Change Order No. 4 for the Williamson County Storm Repair Project (P566) for a time extension of fifty-eight days to September 23, 2022. This is a no-cost change order. Funding Source is P566.
Background
This change order is to request for an additional fifty-eight days for substantial completion due to materials delays. Department point of contact is Angel Gomez. On July 20, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Senior Project Manager, Angel Gomez, with authority to approve change orders under Local Government Code Sec. 262.031, in relation to Williamson County construction and facilities projects. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court. Funding for this project will be P566.
