Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the agreement with HEB Pharmacy and Williamson County for Wilco Employee Influenza, in the estimated amount of $10,800.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This Agreement will provide on-site immunizations to Williamson County Employees during the Benefit Fair on September 28, 2022. Pricing and scope of services are listed in the agreement. We are estimating a possible 300 Onsite Flu Shots (300 x $36.00) = $10,800.00. Additional vaccines will include COVID-19. Three quotes have been obtained by the department. The funding source is 01.0885.0885.004996 – Wellness Program and the point of contact is Shelley Loughrey.
