Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of a new Access Card Control System at the Williamson County Expo Center, 5350 Bill Pickett Trail, Taylor, TX 76574, with Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $154,628.87, pursuant to Sourcewell contract #030421-SCS (current Sourcewell contract for vendor), and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

A Master Service Agreement was approved under agenda item #42 on 03/24/2020 between Stanley Convergent Security Solutions, Inc. and Williamson County for Surveillance Equipment and Monitoring Services under Sourcewell contract#031517-SCS as well as two addendums approved on 06/30/2020 under agenda item #30 and on 10/26/2021 under agenda item #33.
Approval of this project will install a new Access Card Control System throughout the Williamson County Expo Center to include new card readers and a new electronic locking hardware for key areas at twenty-two (22) new doors according to plans provided by Williamson Access Control Department, installing necessary cable from each card reader location to each headend control panel and trimming out and programming of the new doors for this site as there are no existing doors.
