Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the proposal between Williamson County and Knight Security Systems for ten (10) Axis P3245-LV interior network cameras, for a total of $24,233.14, with an annual recurring cost of $2,736.48, pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4494, and authorizing the execution of this Proposal.
Background
The approval of this item will benefit the Williamson County Jail with additional security cameras. Knight Security Systems will provide and install ten (10) Axis P3245-LV interior cameras in the Williamson County Jail. The system installation includes hardware, system licenses and configurations. The attached scope of work has detailed information regarding this Proposal. IT, Legal, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this Proposal. The line item expenditure is 01.0100.0570.004500 FY22. The department point of contact will be Pat Erickson.
