Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement with Williamson County and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI) for ArcGIS System Support for a total of $11,956.00 pursuant to DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4699, and authorizing the execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
Williamson County Graphic Information Systems (GIS) seeks to renew their ESRI Small Municipal and County Government Enterprise Agreement. Esri will provide up to 38 hours of remote consulting services to assist Williamson with configuring ArcGIS Hub, the cloud-based mapping system. Legal, IT, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this renewal agreement. The expenditure is being charged to line item 01.0100.0503.004505 FY23. Point of contact is George Strebel.
