Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $13,315.52 for Project 22IFB57 CR 401 Reconstruction (James Construction) P: 390c Funding Source: Road Bond.

This Change Order revises the US 79 pavement section to meet TxDOT requirements. Adjustments to the signal phasing/timing for the new intersection at proposed US 79 and CR 401 are also included to meet TxDOT requirements.

This Change Order results in an increase of $13,315.52 to the Contract amount, for an adjusted Contract total of $12,686,516.46. The original Contract amount was $12,673,200.94. As a result of this and all Change Orders to-date, $13,315.52 has been added to the Contract, resulting in a 0.11% net increase to the overall Contract cost. As a result of this Change Order, zero (0) days will be added to the contract.
