Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognizing Williamson County EMS’s re-accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS).
Background
Williamson County EMS is pleased to announce it was granted re-accreditation by CAAS with no deficiencies noted. Williamson County EMS is one of 11 out of 744 Texas EMS systems and 194 out of over 21,000 EMS systems in the United Stated to hold this accreditation.
The accreditation process required the completion of a comprehensive application and site review by national experts in Emergency Medical Services.
