Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding termination of Master Service Agreement for Open Records Management Web Based Software with NextRequest Co and authorize County Judge to sign letter proving 30-day notice of termination.
Background
Approval of this item will terminate the existing contract the county has with NextRequest Co.for Public Information Record Management Software approved by Commissioner's Court on 08/17/2021. The county has decided to pursue an internal process. Notice of contract termination is attached. Department contacts are Richard Semple and Minnie Beteille.
