Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Regional Animal Shelter Fund.
Background
The rising cost of electricity has increased the animal shelter's utility costs. We need to move funds into 4430 in order to cover these costs. We propose to move $2,339.47 from 3001 and $961.84 from 4415 into 4430. This would give the shelter $3,301.31 to remain out of a deficit. We are requesting moving these funds in lieu of a budget amendment.
