Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Addendum to IFB #22IFB137 for EMS Medical Supplies to support the operations of Williamson County Emergency Medical Services between Williamson County and Stryker Sales, LLC. and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
Stryker is one of the vendors awarded IFB #22IFB137, EMS Medical Supplies, approved by Commissioner's Court on 09.20.22, agenda item #37. Attached is the Purchase and Sale Agreement required by the vendor and approved by Legal, Contract Audit and Budget. Stryker Sales, LLC. was awarded 22 of the 279 bid items. Expenditures for these items will be charged between 01.0100.0540.003307, 01.0100.054.003107, and 01.0100.0540.003200. Funding was approved for the FY23 budget.
