Background
Requesting a line item transfer from Residential Services into Temp/Seasonal due to unexpected long-term staffing shortages requiring us to utilize more Temp/Seasonal budget than originally anticipated to maintain minimum staffing ratios. If approved, we anticipate this transfer of funds will be adequate to carry us through the fiscal year.
