Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Todd C. Harris, P.C. for Dental Services at the Williamson County Jail for the annual amount of $98,500.00 for the term of October 1, 2022 - September 30, 2023 and exempting this service from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Sec. 2254.002 (2)(A)(v) Medicine and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
