Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #22RFP122 for EMS Electronic Patient Monitoring (ePCR) to the highest scoring proposer, ESO Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $66,805.00 and authorize execution of the agreement.

Williamson County sent out one hundred seventy six (176) notifications had fifteen (15) document takers with three (3) vendors submitting responses. The solicitation was seeking suppliers to provide electronic patient care reporting for EMS. The evaluation committee reviewed and scored the submittals and the recommendation is to award to the lowest and best offer through negotiations, to ESO Solutions, Inc. A breakdown was requested from all vendors as to the services offered. Upon analysis, the evaluation team noticed some items needed to be included, thus the difference in original price and the resulting Best and Final Offer (BAFO.) Included here is the RFP submittal, BAFO and score sheet.  The contract will commence October 01, 2022, as an initial (two) 2-year agreement with options for (four) 4, (twelve) 12- month renewals.  The funding source: 0100-0540-004210 and the point of contact is Terry King.
