Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase of Tax Statement Printing and Mailing from Variverge pursuant to Montgomery County Interlocal Agreement (ILA), in the amount of $86,335.00. 

Background

Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Tax Office as this purchase is for the annual printing and mailing of tax statements.  Estimate is attached that outlines the printing and mailing services.  It was verified that Montgomery County does have an active contract with Variverge for this service.  The ILA is attached herein.   This expenditure will be charged to FY23 Funds 01.0100.0499.004212.  Purchase is approved by budget.  Department contact is Matt Johnson.
