This is a no-cost change order requesting a time extension of 38 days to October 31, 2022, due to material delays.   Department point of contact is Sr. Project Manager, Angel Gomez.  On July 20^th, 2021, the Williamson County Commissioners Court approved Williamson County Sr. Project Manager, Angel Gomez, with authority to approve change orders under Local Government Code Sec. 262.031, in relation to Williamson County Expo Improvements project, for any increase or decrease in cost of $30,000 or less. This report is being provided for purposes of notifying the court of such change order and to place it in the minutes of the Commissioners Court.
