Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Agreement #202333 between Williamson County and FreeIt Data Solutions for the FreeIt Duo Access Subscription for a one (1) year term, for a total of $61,968.34, pursuant to DIR contract #DIR-CPO-4795, and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
The approval of this agreement will benefit the Williamson County IT Department with greater security for multi factor authentication. This will be installed on computers that use VPN. IT, Budget, Contract Audit and Legal have reviewed the agreement. The line item expenditure is being charged to.01.0100.0503.003011 FY23. The Department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
